I have used them twice– once for a slideout issue and once for generator. Happy with results. Also, I agree with Dave– Don is very helpful and his attitude and helpfulness shows he is in this for the long haul.

4th of July and no hot water! I called DM RV and they were closed for the holiday. I checked the Facebook page and sent a message to Don. He answered and called me. He walked me through the process of diagnosing the problem and how to fix it. He was right on the money! I offered to pay him, but he said to call him if I had any other problems. What a great guy! I would highly recommend DM RV Repair for all of your repairs. I trust these guys!

There is a dearth of honest and dependable RV service providers across the country. It’s a shame and a real frustration for folks like us who travel full-​time and frequently require expert service.
I have intentionally waited several weeks since our repairs were completed at DM RV to make sure that my feelings were in proper perspective before writing this review. But no amount of time will change my opinion of Don, Marianne, Huey and the rest of the staff here. They are competent, honest and they treated us the way they would want to be treated. The golden rule is in short supply in the RV repair industry but we hit the mother lode at DM RV.
