Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was very unhappy to discover chicken in my vegan Sofrita burrito. The kids behind the counter didn’t take me seriously when I explained to them that meat makes me very ill.

I love Chipotle. I have been a regular for many years to a number of different Chipotles around Colorado. I now live in Loveland and have frequented this particular Chipotle.
I have to say that the quality was not as good as at other Chipotles. It was like the food was sitting out for longer than it should or something. I’ve noticed it a few times at this location.
I once ordered a burrito bowl with the pico de gallo on top. It actually smelled a bit odd, and just didn’t taste nearly as fresh as other places. I had a hard time eating it!
So, I’m giving this Chipotle 3 stars. It’s strange becuase I thought all Chipotles would have the same freshness. Well, this one didn’t have that fresh quality taste to the food. Hmmmm.

As regulars we’ve seen the good and the bad of the company; but within these past few years we’ve noticed how their food and service has excelled

Manager Nelly and her crew are AWESOME! I had a concern and she listened, asked a few good questions on how to solve it and then worked with me to fix it completely! I am a customer of Chipoltle for life!

Oh how it pains me to have to write this review. I love Chipotle, and in particular this one. Today’s experience however was not good. Not good at all. They were not busy, no line, so I’m not sure what went wrong. I ordered my usual a steak burrito, chips salsa and a drink. I go to pay and the girl between the cashier and the one making burritos asks for a side of hot salsa for my chips. Clearly the girl she is talking to is busy making other peoples food and can’t hear her. So, the girl asks another 3 times before the one making food heard her and fills the cup and slides it to the other girl. At which point she rolls her eyes (at the girl making food on the line) and literally tosses the salsa on my tray. The salsas were within arms reach of the girl doing nothing who was calling for it. Here’s a suggestion, GET IT YOURSELF, rather than visibly mock the girl who is actually working.
Secondly, prices have increased. A steak burrito is now 7.20. Let’s see. Tortillas are pennies, rice is about as cheap a food product there is, beans and veggies the same. So for my whopping 1 little scoop of cubed steak I’m paying 7.20 which probably turns out to be 28.00 a pound if I’m getting a quarter pound of the stuff in my burrito.
My lunch of 10.80 is now nearly 12.00. Hmmm. 12.00 to have salsa thrown on my tray.
Lastly, the quality of the steak in my burrito was sub-​par with several cubes being very chewy and tough to get through.
I frequent this place a lot. Enough to recognize the girl that was calling for my salsa has been there awhile and should know better.
And now that I read their shareholders have rejected the execs compensation package this affirms my belief higher prices are padding pockets.
Oh how it pains me to have written this. And potentially, write off this restaurant altogether.

Wow! Friendly, energetic staff. Clean dining room. Huge delicious burrito! What more could you ask for from a Chipotle!!!

It’s my favorite Chipotle. My wife and I eat here a lot. It convenient from home and work for me.
Everything is well prepared and the staff is friendly. An employee always comes over during the course of the meal and asks if everything is alright. That’s much better then most «fast food» places!
Then again I haven’t met a chipotle that I don’t like!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and this store has not once disappointed me. Very friendly staff and made me want to return to this store. Awesome!

Like always never disapointed with the food… burritos :).
we came in almost @ the closing time and staff still let us in, we had burriots and burritos bowl, the food was still fresh and warm.
The staff said we can eat inside and eat even though they were closed by the time we had our orders. If you want quick mexican treat, this is the place :). Location is good on the road and its kept clean.

When you can walk into a restaurant and they know you by name, two things come to mind:
«This place has amazing service — they remembered me!»
and
«They remembered me from last time — damn I spend a lot of money here!»
Both true of this Chipotle. Speedy, efficient (even at high volume over the lunch hour), friendly. What’s more to ask of a lunch place?
The manager has tried to recruit me on multiple occasions, and I’ll be there if I ever:
A.) leave
B.) get fired from
C.) quit due to lack of free burritos at
…my current job.
