Rolled in for a late lunch, around 1330 hours, walked right up to the bar and had a seat. Julie took good care of me: did my own three course menu scout… Had an artisan cheese plate and a very dry martini. Both excellent choices and, the spicey pecans are just that. Round two was crab cakes and an Oskar Blue IPA. Both passable. Since it was Valentine’s Day, I went with the dessert special which was a Grand Marnier chocolate mousse, berries and whipped cream. I paired it with a Willamette Valley point noir — best of the three rounds. So, I’m sitting here with my Bulleit bourbon, just one ice cube please, quite happy with afternoon. Will have to come back again and get into the main menu…

Bent Fork is a cozy, upscale restaurant that seems perfect for a date. A little less so for a family dinner. They were nice enough, but it just didn’t seem like a family place. Service was extremely attentive and they were able to tailor spice levels for my teenage daughters on the delicious Lobster Mac & Cheese. I had the seafood risotto and found it to be just so-so. It was a bit on the bland side and the scallops were tiny. The dish was saved by the inclusion of big, juicy shrimp. All was well, though, with my accompanying Old Fashioned cocktail, which was perfect. We found it to be a little on the pricey side for the value received.

I’ve been to the Bentfork now a couple of times. I really like the Southwestern Rolls!!! For an entrée I suggest the Jamaican Jerk pork chop!!! They usually get busy on weekends and Friday night so you might want to call for reservations.

We stopped by the Bent Fork around 4:30PM on a weekday(as you would expect, we were the only crazy folks to eat at that time so the place was dead). My son got the kid’s rib plate while my wife and I tried some of their pasta(Italian Penne and forgot what she got :)). All three dishes were pretty tasty. Our service was spot on as well. I don’t see myself Jones’ing for any of the dishes we had but they were good. Overall a pleasant experience.

This has very good food and service. What I don’t like is a restaurant like this one that charges for everything. Nothing accompanies your meal like bread while you wait or a salade with your meal. I think a restaurant like this which is a bit pricy could be more generous. My stroganoff was good but the pasta was overcooked but my husband’s fish and chips was great as was our friends Mac and lobster.

This place is amazing! We came here for a date night and got a cozy booth. The atmosphere is upscale without being too stuffy. Our server was very attentive all night. We tried the burger and green chili Mac and cheese. Both were outstanding. Didn’t break the bank and we both left truly satisfied. We will be back!

This place is beyond delicious. My boyfriend and I went one day for dinner, and it was great! The service was amazing and the southwest rolls as an appetizer were to die for! Definitely will be going back!

We have eaten here a few times over the years and can only think of one time we had a meal that was subpar. Like others have said lobster mac and cheese is good, soups have always been good among other things. My in laws were in town a few weeks ago so we went with a party of eight at around 4:30 place was empty but they said«they were booked and could not seat us.» Again looking around and almost 90% empty I asked again maybe they would consider discussing with their manager. When she came back she said sorry could not help us at which point I laughed so we went to Biaggi’s who sat us right a way. Once we finished our meal we walked back to our car which was parked by The Bent Fork so I looked inside. The were maybe 40% full by 7:00 so not sure why they could not handle a party of eight. Oh well loss of revenue and customers must not mean much to them. I gave two stars because we have enjoyed the food and parties of four or less wait times have been short without a reservation. Large parties beware!

Stopped in here for lunch on our first day in Loveland CO. They greeted us and sat us down right away most likely cause we were the only people here. We ordered the cauliflower wings as an appetizer and they were AMAZING! The outside was the perfect texture and flavor. I had the grilled cheese which was good but not really melted inside which kind of defeats the point and the cup of tomato bisque. Eater beware with the tomato bisque there is supposed to be orange zest in the soup but as a warming it was very present in taste. I feel like some people might not like that in tomato soup. I liked it a lot. Over all this place was great and I wish that there was one close to me. Cheers & Happy Eating

I met some business associates here recently. It was a first visit for each of us. We enjoyed the décor and service. The menu offers many great offerings. My ribeye was quite good, though just a little light on flavor. Certainly worth a try(or two).

This was a pretty nice place in a newer«lifestyle center»(i.e. one of those newfangled outdoor malls). We ate on the patio, so I didn’t get to see much of the inside. But the patio area was enjoyable. I ordered the salmon BLT(a BLT with brown sugar-marinated salmon filet on it) with sweet potato fries, while the wife ordered a half indio salad(chicken, dates, tomatoes, avocado, goat cheese, pecans, etc.) and a cup of cream of morel mushroom soup. My salmon BLT was pretty good. Ingredients were all high quality, baby spring greens was a nice lettuce option, lemon aioli sauce was tasty, and kaiser roll was fresh and soft. Salmon filet was good, too. However, it was disappointing in that it was a typical filet size/shape that only covered about a third of the sandwich. While I liked the taste, it was like someone had just stuck a salmon filet in the middle of the sandwich. So two-thirds of the sandwich was just BLT, without enough bacon to offset the missing salmon. A better method would have been to cut the filet height in half and spread out the salmon on the sandwich. Sweet potato fries, which I always like, were nice and crisp. The wife said her indio salad was excellent. And it did look pretty good. They were very generous with the ingredients, so it wasn’t just a sprinkling on top of lettuce. In fact, the lettuce was a minor part of the salad. The soup also was quite savory. A smooth mushroom flavor that was strong but not overpowering.

This place was awesome. I got here early, to knock out some work over a drink. They promptly sat me at a table with an outlet nearby, and I ordered the grapefruit Moscow Mule. Perfect for sipping while I worked! My waiter was quick to stop by, and then gave me my space, while checking in with eye contact while I did my thing. Eventually, it came time to order, and I decided to try out their daily meat special with an 8 oz flatiron steak, cooked medium. Let me just say that every… EVERY, I say, other restaurant… EVER…WISHES they could nail a medium steak like this place did. Wow. Just… wow. Perfect from the outside to the middle, and sizzling hot. Just amazing. This dish was offered with their mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus as a side, and they didn’t skimp on either. The Yukon mashed potatoes were just like home; meaning that they weren’t abnormally perfect(read: factory made). They were a little lumpy, and you could actually see the potatoes in there. It was just like mom used to make, and it suited the rustic nature of this dish perfectly, in my opinion. So, yeah, the food? 5⁄5 all… day…long. The ambiance was just as good, in my opinion. It has the modern American-style grill décor like tastefully rustic pictures, exposed ceiling and ventilation ducts, and some modern music playing, though not too loud. I suppose, if I HAD to find a negative, it would be that the wi-fi dropped out, periodically, and the fork was so rounded that it was kind of hard to grab, but seriously, who cares? If I weren’t eating by myself on a business trip I wouldn’t even care about the wi-fi. Just go here, and ask for Brandon, if he’s working.

We were looking for somewhere with Bison steak in Loveland, but this place came up with bison pot roast. There was not any wait and we easily slipped o in around 8:45pm on a Friday night with 2 adults and 4 children. The kids had Mac n cheese and crispy chicken tenders. They ask loved their food. Kids menu was reasonably priced at $ 6-$ 8 each. My husband had the prime rib medium rare(only available Friday — Sunday after 5pm) & it came with scalloped potatoes(excellent) & fresh sautéed seasonal vegetables. I had the bison pot roast. This one came with the scalped potatoes and a butternut squash the was grilled framing outside of the meat, gravy and potatoes. Our appetizer was the bacon-wrapped dates(sorry don’t remember the name). Everything we ate was terrific! Would totally come again. Great service!

Really enjoyed this place for lunch. I had the lobster mac n cheese thanks to fellow Unilocalers and their photos. It was creamy, great flavor, and actually fully with GOOD lobster! Our server was sweet too. I dropped a star for two reasons. One I think the restaurant is a little to dim for lunch… lighten it up a bit. I could see that lighting for dinner, but not for lunch. Second I was charged wrong and then they had to redo it on my card. Minor items but still can’t give a 5 star, as that means perfect. Would we come back, yes! :)

It’s been quite a while since I have been to the Bent Fork. In my absence, they’ve completely redone their menu, and after my last visit earned themselves a repeat customer. I was trying to choose a restaurant for happy hour after work, and seeing Cauliflower Wings and Crispy Tofu Tacos… I couldn’t resist. Our server was more than adequate for a happy hour bar service, keeping the drinks full and the food coming. I’ll definitely be back, very glad to have found another place for happy hour in Loveland. That is, when I’m not at home making cauliflower wings, because man, those were great.

This was our first time & I would have to say we’ll be coming back… From the cocktails to the artichoke dip I was very impressed. My husband said this was the best he had since we moved to Greeley… Also the server Evan was very nice & knowledgable. I am also a server and can spot a star from a mile away… Thanks a bunch
