Anytime With Paul’s Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

We use Paul’s Plumbing anytime we have an issue at our property, they are fast, efficient, and extremely customer service oriented, always a great experience.

Called Paul’s Plumbing & explained my situation to whoever answered the phone. I expected a return call for a more in-​depth discussion & an actual appointment. Nope. Next thing I knew a Paul’s Plumbing guy arrived on our doorstep with no idea why he was there. Okay, I showed & explained my proposed project (I wanted to install a sump pump). He gave me a half-​dozen reasons why he couldn’t help me & left. Next thing I know, I received a bill for a «service» call! I sent them a check, explaining I didn’t think the charge was justified & suggesting they could return my check. They cashed the check.
Bye the way… I (not a plumber by any means) installed the sump pump by myself. I wouldn’t recommend these people for anything.

Called this place to repair a leaking water pipe. Technician was on time and called to let me know when he would be arriving. I was originally told they did a $ 39 service diagnostic charge and then it was rolled into the repair cost if you did the repair. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Guess the whole bad part of the experience was the cost. Seemed like they had built the service diagnostic $ 39 fee into the total estimate based on the book I was shown. Was a little hesitant to pay over $ 200 for a routine repair, the tech then mentioned a $ 35 coupon he would apply to bring the cost down to a some what more manageable level. He completed the work pretty fast, would say around 30 – 40 minutes.
I liked most everything with my experience using them with the exception of the price structure that seemed a little sneaky. Why not drop the hidden coupon thing and simply be straight and upfront to begin with? Not sure if I would use them again due to this. Glad the tech mentioned it or I would not even considered using them again.
