Wei Wei

The food was pretty bland, I got beef with broccoli with white rice. I think they used instant rice. The beef was very chewy and I barely ate any of it. We got crab rangoons and they were kind of bland too. Mostly just nothing special and probably won’t go there again. Save your money

Overall good food. Had the orange chicken and it is not great at all. Not even a taste of Orange

I visited again yesterday at lunch and it was much improved. The sauce on the noddles was less goopy and everything seemed fresher. They were cooking in smaller batches and refreshing the buffet throughout lunch. They had fresh fruit– watermelon. They also had an interesting curry beef dish. One let down was that they didn’t have green beans which are my favorite. They had buttered potatoes which was a waste of space. If they are going to have potatoes they should at least spice them up– maybe make a stir-​fried shredded potato instead. I love vegetables so I loaded up on the mushrooms and had a few egg rolls before they got cold.

I’ve been looking for good Chinese food since I moved out here so I called Wei Wei for delivery. Crab Rangoon was good, but sweet, probably due to the sticky orange sauce served with it. Steamed pork dumplings were wonderful, ask for extra Hoisin sauce! The shrimp lo main was a huge portion for $ 4.75. I also had a chicken curry dish but I recommend getting curry from an Indian spot. …the’curry’ was sticky and bland, and the pieces of chicken were questionable.
Overall, delivery was quick and cheap, if you stick to the dishes that please you, it is satisfactory.

Not going here again. Ordered Chicken Lo Mein, 2 Egg Rolls, and Moo Goo Gai Pan. The Chicken Lo Mein was all Lo Mein, almost no chicken. The egg rolls tasted old, and the Moo Goo Gai Pan tasted like it had been cooked in the same pan a seafood dish had just been cooked in. Pretty weak. Told my delivery time would be 40 minutes (initially pretty high). Waited over an hour for the guy to deliver the food. When I brought up the extended wait, the kid just looked at me and replied with «OK, Thank You.» and walked away.

It’s edible, but nothing great. We had chicken and broccoli (chicken was very soft and was an odd cut or quality) Szechuan string beans (they were very spicy with red pepper flakes), shrimp in lobster sauce (very thin egg drop soup consistency), Singapore noodles (good), shrimp in black bean sauce (lots of raw onion). The shrimp was plentiful. Portions were big.

The Food is ABout a 4 and it was a struggle to order cuz of the language barrier BUT the Family meal for 2 is so much food for Under $ 20 that i will be a long term customer.

First time trying this new place. I ordered the shrimp with broccoli (broccoli only, I asked them to leave out the carrots & bamboo shoots). I also ordered the crab rangoons. I work downtown and I have been in search of a Chinese place that delivers that is decent for the past 2 years!
Free delivery on a 12.00 order. Yay!
The crab rangoon filling is mostly cream cheese and way too sweet for me. Included in the order was small cup of red sweet & sour sauce which is nice. Probably will not get this again but if you like a sweet cream cheese filling, you’ll love these.
The shrimp with broccoli had really good flavor.
The steamed rice that comes with the meal was good. Not too sticky, not too loose and they give a pint size with a dinner order size, which is what I got.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and so was the delivery man. There was a little snafu with my credit card as in they ran it but forgot to send a copy for me to sign so I just paid cash and they credited my card. They called and apologized and told me they took care of the problem.
