I love value city furniture. This is where I bought my couch, love seat and chair. very comfortable and durable. Staff is friendly as well and makes the experience of buying furniture more pleasurable.

We’ve bought furniture here and their Preston Hwy location frequently over the last two years. Delivery is always prompt although one location doesn’t always have what another has in stock. The staff is friendly and although they are always busy on the weekends, they remain friendly and helpful in the madness.
We’ve been to other furniture stores where we were ignored for more than 30 minutes and finally left. Never been ignored here. They’ve even steered us away from a few pieces that probably wouldn’t have held up to a bouncy 6 year old kid and a large bouncy dog. The couch they recommended has held up beautifully for two years.
Definitely a good store to deal with!

Do not I repeat do not buy from this junk heap of that establishment! They will try to sell you a warranty that is absolutely worthless. The furniture will break down in less than a year. As I sit here in my broken recliner that I bought a year ago, I would think to myself how stupid of me to buy a piece of furniture from these crooks! The leather on my recliner has been peeling in chipping away since about three months after I bought the chair. The mechanics inside the chair are all screwed up, there are bolts shearing off, and the reclining part will not even stay up. I have asked numerous times to have a claim for a new chair, but they always deny me. This place is absolute trash and they sell absolute trash.
