Ultimate Vein Care

I don’t usually give bad review but this is an exception. I got my package for laser hair removal on Groupon. Denise was nice but I don’t think she did a thorough job at all. She went over the area really quick. I got laser for my legs at another place before and they treated the area spot by spot which is not the case at Ultimate Vein Care at all. As a result, I barely notice any difference at all after each session. What made me quite displeased was that they rescheduled my appointment due to the snow without my permission. I got a missed call from them saying that they closed tomorrow (Friday) so I can either come today (Thursday) or Monday. When I called back just a few minutes later to reschedule, they informed me that they already moved my appointment to Monday. It’s really inconsiderate to move the appointment without asking if the patient can even make it on that day in my opinion.

Gotta take this down a couple stars as now a couple years later (and all 10 appts done) while I might have a bit less armpit hair, I still have to shave at least every two days. And it isn’t like I started out super hairy. I really, really wish I could say it worked as well as I had hoped for, but at the end of the day it just didn’t. Lovely people, but I expected better results.
