Professional, friendly, familial-​like staff. Everyone is attentive and kind. I really appreciated the approach to care they take. Whether your reason for visit is for pregnancy, fertility, or pregnancy prevention, they’re open to your needs. I wasn’t expecting such warmth from a large practice. I would imagine that this treatment approach would also be very helpful for those who have experienced trauma and are seeking patient, empathic physicians. I previously wrote a review during my visit but didn’t post it because I wanted to see how my appointment turned out and I’m truly glad I did.
I went in for a follow-​up visit and was again, unhappy with how long it took to see the doctor despite my scheduled appointment. I changed my physician to Dr. Tanya Franklin and am extremely happy with my decision. Yesterday, I got a call from Dr. Franklin personally, and again today, regarding my results and plan of treatment. I’d say for an established physician to call ONE of her MANY patients is quite an anomaly. She took her time answering a plethora of questions and even re-​faxed my medication Rx to a different pharmacy per my request while we were on the phone! Dr. Franklin’s regard for her patient/​me definitely made me feel and see that she genuinely cares. The minor wait to see her is well worth it in retrospect.
