Two Chicks & Co Louisville

BEWARE! This was by far my WORST customer service experience of my life. I bought two glasses and when I got them out of the bag one was broken. (No I didn’t drop it or anything) I took it back two days later to see if they could do anything. All 3 old ladies working were rude and acted like I was trying to get something for nothing. They said with attitude that they would never sell something broken and stared at me. I told them I understood that but I didn’t break it and could they do anything then the OWNER said, «We would never sell anything broken honey» like I was a child and hadn’t heard her the first time. The other two old ladies were just staring at me like I was trying to steal something. They were even having 25% so they could have said something like oh I don’t know «Oh I am sorry that happened to you but we have 25% if you’d like to repurchase. I really might have. I felt like a child being scolding by 3 old teachers. Its not that they wouldn’t exchange it it was that they treated me like I was trying to swindle them which I wasn’t. THIS is probably why they don’t offer refunds just store credit.
PLUS Metal Works has a lot of the same stuff for cheaper so I advise you shop there instead.

Who needs Lily Pulitzer for Target, when you can get really affordable Lily items at a local shop in town? Not this girl! I don’t know how I haven’t written a review for Two Chicks & Co yet, seeing as I love them so much! I bought a really cute koozie for only $ 8! They also have reasonably-​priced wine glasses in glass or acrylic, tumblers and travel mugs, candles, etc.
In addition to the great Lily selections, they have tons of gorgeous jewelry for way less than most boutiques in town. They carry great gifts for baby and bridal showers too. And I was floored by their fantastic array of Derby hats and fascinators today!
The staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly. I went on my lunch break today and there were a lot of shoppers. Each employee was going above and beyond to help the customers. I wanted a specific type of necklace and two employees went through several types before I found the perfect one and earrings to match! Another shopper wanted a specific candle and the staff member helping her went through the whole store searching until she found it. They have a great selection of Tyler candles (my favorite). And if you like personalized stuff, a lot of their items can be monogrammed!
