TJ Maxx

This TJ maxx has the absolute best selection of whatever you may be looking for. It is sometimes overwhelming the amount of merchandise that they have stocked. Love coming here for a one stop last minute need anything for the family, a gift, decorative items as well. The location is not my favorite but I will drive there just because the selection is better.

I do think this is my favorite TJ Maxx shop as I’ve had the most luck here. Last year I found a very warm Columbia jacket (in my size no less!!) I was going to pay full price on online for only $ 99 instead of $ 249. I don’t usually get that lucky but it’s awesome when I do.
This store has an amazing housewares selection; probably the biggest I’ve seen at any «Home Goods» type store. They have had an excellent purse selection in the past but I was underwhelmed when I went a couple days ago. I do love their beauty and hair product section; it looks like they’ve expanded that since I’ve been in last.
It also looks like they’ve expanded their plus size section quite a bit which makes me happy; I actually left with a few items, which is saying something because I’m picky about my clothes and how things fit.
Be sure and check near the front for phone accessories. In the past I’ve found Otterboxes for new iPhones very deeply discounted not to mention other tech accessories! Happy shopping!

It’s full-​on Hunger Games in this store. If you want to find the right shoe/​shirt/​dress/​glassware, you’ll have to straight-​up scavenge for good deals.
The shoppers aren’t aggressive, it’s just difficult to find the right size!
That said, the prices are GREAT and the selection is pretty good. I scored a $ 300 Theory dress for $ 30. So, yeah. I have major skills at flipping through racks of clothing. What can I say?! When you’ve got it, you’ve got it.
Seriously though, they’ve recently reorganized the store so that beauty products are well lit and organized. They work hard to keep this place nice. There’s just so much!
Always always start in the clearance section. They’ve got great deals buried under all the fabric. Good luck!

This place is always crowded and I can never understand why. The clothes they have are nice but the customer service makes me cringe. The lady who checked me out clearly didn’t want to be there and she really didn’t want to talk to me seeing as how she blew me off when I complemented her on something. I will go back here though because it is so close to where I live.

This is the best TJ Maxx around in my book, although I visit the one on Westport Road fairly often as well. The best thing to me about TJX is that you will probably see something different every time you visit.

Also with a Home Goods attached to it!
Cheap clothes, cute shoes and purses, and discount home goods. Even if you don’t buy anything, it’s fun to go in and waste an hour looking through everything and perusing the cute home goods stuff! I mean how could you go wrong?
Well…the place is always a mess. And the staff seems to be aloof, bored and uninterested in helping customers. I was looking at rugs that were hung on the far wall while I was here. They are difficult to navigate, but also the one I was interested in had no price tag. And I couldn’t find anyone to help me.

I worked at this location for about a year a while ago. I shopped here before that, and obviously I shop here still. The issues I have now are issues I had before *and* while I worked here. I needed a part-​time second job and this was very close to where I lived at the time.

This is probably one of the larger T J Maxx stores in the greater Louisville area. It’s a close-​out store and a pretty good one. I don’t particularly visit this store for the clothes, but I love the large selection of home goods or housewares. Lots of kitchen and home décor items.
Be a smart shopper, though… the «close-​out» prices are not always any better than a full retail price.

One of my favorite stores! I am definitely a Maxxinista! Always find great sunglasses and purses for a great price. Love the clearance racks also. Name brand stuff at very good prices! This is also my favorite location, great selection!
