Tire Discounters

Very professional technicians, but they are there to make sales. I often feel that I am pressured into maintenance that I may not really need. They also never fail to suggest things like new wipers and etc.
The one thing I can say is they have the most fair roadside warranty of any place and they always give a free alignment with any tire purchase. I recently had a nail in my tire that cause it to be irreparable. They replaced it on the roadside warranty and gave me a free alignment.
My only complaint is that they often make appointments and have you wait an excessively long time before they start the work on your car. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect them to keep you waiting when you have an appointment. But I have never once had them fail to do quality work. And they stand behind their parts and work too.
I had a bad alternator installed and within the warranty period they replaced the alternator and did not charge me for additional labor.

I went here after I went to three different places I was told they could not get me in even if I waited. But when I got to tire discounters the guy told me that he may be an hour wait because I did not have an apt which was fine. But he got me in and out in 37 mins, they was very helpful and VERY nice! Made me feel welcomed I will be back again! Also! I thought it was amazing they have military discount to! My boyfriend is in the army so that was very nice!

I’m name-​dropping Russ, because he is a good dude. Hooked me up with some Bridgestone Duelers, and my truck feels like a brand new vehicle ever since. Threw in an oil change, said that I get free rotation and balance for the life of the tire, and did it all with a wink and a finger gun.
For tires, I probably won’t ever go anywhere else. Good dude and a good place.

Jim at TireDiscounters took the time to locate the last 2 Goodyear Eagle GT’s in the world to match the other 2 already on my 944. The tire has been discontinued but there were 2 in a Goodyear warehouse in Detroit, which they shipped to Louisville at no charge. I am a first time customer and received outstanding customer service from the time I walked in the door to the completion of the work. Truly outstanding customer service!
