Love all the merchandise and it’s a great space for their karma class they offer twice a week!

When Vines and Canines moved out of this space, I wondered what would grace this location. The Inner Warrior was unexpected, but so welcomed to this place. The clothes are unique, specifically chosen by the owners for their quality. I did not recognize the brands, but the quality speaks for itself. This is the best pair of yoga pants I have purchased and well worth the price. The owners are very kind, provide a lot of good advice and they even offer a donation yoga classes on Sunday and Wednesday nights with various yoga instructors from around town. Not only do they have yoga classes for your own self improvement, they have been making a difference in the community, currently with a donation campaign to Home of the Innocence. Lastly, their instagram account(@innerwarriorlou) is on point with amazing yoga poses around town. Forget the big box stores, I’ll be shopping local for my yoga supplies.

I saw the sign… And it spoke to me. Literally. It said, «Rachel, get in here now, and buy all my things.» Naturally, I accepted the invitation. Seriously though, the sign is captivating. I returned to Frankfort later that day to go inside. It’s an incredible yoga boutique! It’s been open since November, and the owner turned the whole place around(tearing up carpet, putting in wood flooring, painting the walls, ordering clothing from sketchbooks, decorating, etc.) in a little more than a month. Talk about Inner Warrior! I love how the dressing rooms are made of repurposed doors and Moroccan blankets. If you can’t decide whether the clothing fits quite right, you can lay out a yoga mat on which to try poses. In front of the big mirror is a great place to do this, and helps you decide what looks and feels like the right fit. Everything is made/ordered(?) in Southern California. Plus, she’s the only HardTail retailer in the area. I enjoyed HardTail, Glyder, and Strut-This. There’s also an Incredible brand that makes artistic, breathable yoga pants/bras/shorts from plastic bottles. Geez, how could I forget?! They also have clothing for people who identify as men, or prefer that fit/style. This includes boxer briefs, bottoms, and tops. In addition to clothing, they sell yoga mats, yoga bags, yoga blocks, jewelry and accessories, necklaces made from porcupine quills(stunning, let me tell you), and scarves. On top of all this, the Eco-friendly yoga boutique also holds yoga classes. Right?!! Yeah, I’m vey excited about this business and invite you to get excited, too!
