Talecris Plasma Resources

So this is my first time writing a review, but I am so fed up with Talecris on Preston Highway. Talecris is so unprofessional and just dirty. I will never return to that place again! They’re very unorganized and files for donors are always going missing in that place. The workers are just plain rude. I’m not going to say all of the workers are rude because there are some that try to make the best out of the horrible situation that they’re in, but most are just horrible and most likely will not excel in any field involving customer service.
I honestly wish I could give this place a negative rating.

So Talecris has actually reached out to me about my bad experience. Talecris has definitely changed my opinion about their center. It seems like the clinic may have just been having a bad day when I decided I go. This recent time that I went to the clinic I had a much better experience and I would definitely recommend anyone to go to the clinic and not give up on it so easily. Be advised that there are still longer than average wait times.
