Stooges Bar & Restaurant

Went last night (Saturday) and it was pretty crowded. Ordered loaded fries and 10 bone in chicken wings. Fries were awesome and the wings were okay. Service was okay, our waitress was nice. Apparently they now check ID at 10 pm. We went out to smoke and came back in. My fiancé didn’t have his wallet so they wouldn’t let us in. I told the lady we had to pay for our food so they allowed us to go in and pay. It was okay, nothing special but Stooges in convenient and prices aren’t bad.

Good prices, good off the beaten path location, outdoor volleyball court, drink specials and hot ass Ky women. What else do you need?

Hamburger tasted bad and I asked waitress for something else. Manager told my waitress to charge for half since I ate some of the burger.

First went here about three years ago then again just last week. Seems to be a big local place for airport employees. Seems like it has gone down hill a bit. Food was mediocre fried bar food. If your wanting a place to hang and play pool, watch a game and drink this is the place for you.

I have been here more times then I care to admit. The food is your basic bar food so do not get your hopes up. If you are expecting more then that then this is not the place for you. The beers and drinks are reasonable priced. If you visit during the winter the only ladies there will be employees. Ladies, if you are looking for a place where you are the center of attention then this is your place. They could have the best volleyball courts in the city so during the summer the place is full of volleyball playing woman. Timing is everything. Overall a pretty cool and friendly place as long as your expectations are reasonable.

I know the fellas come here to look at (. Y .) but you might get your ass kicked if you try to take pics so be respectful.

These girls look GREAT but maybe i’m a bit biased… Hmmm.
It’s bar food so I wouldn’t complain when bar food arrives. They have pretty killer drink specials too throughout the week. The hours of this place are insane. I think they close for like an hour or two.
It’s a plethora of all types who drink and eat here and the crowd differs depending on the night and time. Don’t act like a total asshole and you will fit right in.
Nice outside area with volley ball courts. Horrid bathrooms.
Fellas, stop lying. You know damn well you don’t come here for wings.

Been to this place over 100 times as a friend lives close by and it’s one of the few places open until 4 am most nights. Similar to a hooters but they have a few pool tables and volleyball courts, food is satisfactory and the waitresses are usually average to good looking. One thing that always irritates me is drinks always take forever as the waitress will put in the order, bartender will get the drinks and set them on the bar and the waitress will stand around and talk to other customers or friends for a few minutes while your drink is sitting up there getting warm. Besides that, not too bad.
Pros: pool tables, volleyball games when it’s warm, open till 4 most nights
Cons: Drinks almost always take awhile, food is mediocre.

Lots of screens. Hot barmaids. Cheap drinks. $ 1PBR. Great wings, I got the xtra hot, no bread, awesome. Get the double dipped fries if you like spicey.

Okay food depending on how the cook feels. The waitresses are dressed like Hooter’s girls except the outfits are usually poorly fit. The waitresses will usually ignore you, and three out of three times I’ve been here the got my order wrong or grossly over cooked my food. Good place if you like looking at barely dressed trailer park girls.

I can see that this is hillbilly heaven. Imagine hooters, where the waitresses didn’t quite make the cut — but in a non-​corporate atmosphere.
I had a great time here with good friends. Cheap beer, fried food… expect more and you’ll be disappointed. I wouldn’t come here for a real MEAL, but bar food and cold suds were perfect.

Do not come here unless you are a guy — the waitresses will completely ignore you.

I had absolutely no idea what to expect, and what I got was, in order.
1) Waitress uniforms that are string bikinis
2) 3 pool tables
3) One of those machines that measures how hard you punch
4) They apparently have a kitchen here
5) A beach volley ball court
6) A really kickass patio
7) The OTHER beach volleyball court
I ordered some drinks, had a good time, ate some cheese fries, but overall… if you’re looking for a bar that closely resembles the movie Porky’s…
Welcome to Stooge’s.

The food is delicious especially the boneless hot wings and the servers are friendly. Good place to watch a game, play pool and cornhole. They even have two sand volley ball courts.

When people tell you that this the Louisville equivalent of Hooters then you know that people do not come here for the quality of the food. Had my worst fish sandwich… it’s clear why they need cute waitresses.

Came here for lunch. Good food. Kind of like a Hooters, without the wings. They have a bunch of lunch items. Of course a bar but we were here on lunch during training so no beers. :-(
