Airport Starbucks. Wish the line was shorter. But it is 5 am. And it’s the only place to get coffee. They were out of Pumpkin. Which is sad since all their signage announces it! Stock up folks. You can’t roll out a new flavor & not have enough.

Eh. It’s a Starbucks. We ordered straight coffee, so we didn’t have to wait, which was nice. We were able to grab the coffee and get straight to our gate. The baristas weren’t particularly friendly, but it was 7:00 am, but come on… coffee and waking people up is your job! LOL. I’ll go there again only because it’s the only real coffee stop post-security. On a side note, I got their cranberry-scone and it was stale. Super disappointed. Normally they are a delicious side to my coffee.

Sooooooo slooooooowwwww. Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple iced coffee, and there were only 3 people ahead of me. The guy making the orders was nice, but only had one speed. Perhaps some caffeine would help him pick up the pace?

The ladies behind the counter are nice but you can tell they are just going through the motions. However the quality and taste are there. Normally there isn’t anyone in line unless a flight just landed.

After our flight was delayed, I headed over to Starbucks for a giant tea. It’s terrible being stuck in the airport for over 8 hours, even worse while sick. I ordered a giant hibiscus tea, which I added honey to and when I got back to my gate — made into a hot toddy with a splash of Jim Beam.(Sorry they don’t serve those at Starbucks, but they can help you in the bar across the way.)

Airport Starbucks. It gets the job done and gets you your caffeine, post-security.

Lots of space to move around in here, and plenty of outlets. The tables could be cleaned more often though
