Two guys standing at the front without customers did NOT greet me. Actually I was not acknowledged at all. As I walked out guy says«did you find what you were looking for? «I said no(very nicely).. And he responded, with the blankest stare on his«Have a nice day» wow. unbelievable. Where is service going nowadays?

Seriously? A business supply store closed at 7pm on a weekday? Wish I could keep such cozy hours for my start-up company. But after finishing our brochures for an out-of-town business meeting after a long business day, the last thing I needed from a business supply store was a «closed» sign. Understood if it were a nursery(both human and plant types) or even a novelty store. But it’s not. Even my gym has better hours…

I have been to Staples many times, but today I was really surprised with all the helps I got from the associates. Danielle answered all my questions regarding school supplies, Joshua greeted me very nicely, Ariel explained to me the coupon policy politely and clearly. And when we had to go to different Staples to pick our item, another associate offered to call other store to make sure that store had our item and hold it for us. All the associates were VERYHELPFUL, FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL. Compare to similar stores, Staples service way beyond my expectation! This is an excellent example of what GREATCUSTOMERSERVICEISABOUT. Bravo Staples!
