Went in for an upgrade — talked into an Lg4… sales person said this was one of the best on the market. WRONG!!! I have replaced the phone 3 times the battery… Twice. Now just 2 months later. There is a system issue with this phone. My issue is that after my second visit the assist manage argued with me about how I use the phone. Had to make a second trip the same day and the same manager mumbled a not so nice statement which my friend heard and confronted him. He just went to the back room and hid until we left with a fixed phone again. This store is super close to my home… But I will go further to the Fern Creek store. They at least acknowledged that the phone has serious systems issues and offered me a different phone. But not the iPhone… Why??? So lets see how the Fern Creek works… So far 100% better. Bye bye Hurstborne — you wont be missed.

They are getting 1 star because I can’t give any less. I have never been to a business where giving false information to a customer was as ac table as it is here. We were told that we would receive a tablet for free and then received a bill showing that we owed more for this than we do for our normal service. Customer service refused to help us and the person who sold us this never received any reprimand for being deceitful. Not only that but we are not allowed to go into the store because I said I was going to confront him for being dishonest. This is a crap store and service is horrible. I never had to worry about 3G or any other problems with network before I switched over from AT&T. This is one of the worst mistakes of my life dealing with this horrible company.

It can be very irritating to go in stores like these. Some workers can tend to be off putting but Nick R wasn’t one of them. He was very helpful, informative and thorough. Good customer service goes A LONG way. When it’s time for new phones I’ll be sure to ask for him.

Have been a sprint customer for 7 years now. Lived in 4 different states during that time and have been at probably 15 different stores. This one is certainly the most inefficient store so far. I waited 1 hour before someone could help me upgrading my phone. Sadly, they seem to have more than enough personnel to take care of every custumer in a timely manner, but the guys working here seem to have that as their last priority. Will recommend to go to the store at Shelvyville Rd instead, the 4 times I have been there has been satisfactory.

So I dropped my phone. Again. This time at the gym, watching it clatter down from the machine and land screen first on a metal bar. It tried to get back up and brush itself off but just couldn’t manage. My screen cried uncle and stopped working. *Panic sets in.* Me without my phone is like a dog without it’s bone. A big, juicy, bacon flavored bone, and a very hungry dog. So I toodled on down to the Sprint store on Hurstbourne, convinced that it was going to cost me a good chunk of change to right the world. Turns out it was more like $ 35 bucks and an hour of my time. They took my phone back into their techy back room and put a new screen on, with only a small admonishment to me that I should get a protection plan. Or damn, at least a protective case. Thanks Sprint store. This puppy is happy to have her bone back ;)
