Maybe I only come when good salespeople are working. These other reviews seem fake. I will start out with the bad. You will be asked 2 doZen times to add or buy accessories. It sucks but I understand that’s a salesperson’s job. This store has always treated me with respect. I’d rather deal with them then the 1 – 800 people at Sprint. At least these speak English. Not once have I been ripped off or lied to by this store. Good salespeople.

Have been a Sprint Customer for 15 years… Today I filed a complaint with Attorney General’s Office and The BBB on this horrible place. I have always had very basic phones on all 3 lines. I mentioned(when shopping for a new phone) that internet access would be nice when away from home. I was steered to a tablet which would meet that need, and perhaps it would if Sprint had a decent signal. It is only usable on Wi-Fi or on my wireless router at home(in other words anywhere I have access to a laptop or desk top anyway). With the weather and my work schedule(not Sprints problem) I attempted to take the device back but as is usual with NO parking(all spots used by the coffee shop in the bldg?) and parking blocks away One waits forever(this was a few days ago) there was a USELESS slender blond woman saying«someone will be with you as soon as they can» at the door(instead of helping get customers in and out) I left and mumbled I’ll have to come back another day…(ends up she later identified herself as the manager Sandy) Today I go to take the device back and was told that it was because I was trying to access the internet in a 3G area and it would be «slow» .In my opinion slow is NOT25 minutes and something STILL has not downloaded. I was told that today was day 15 and beyond the 14 return availability. Is it my fault Sprint MISREPRESENTED their product to get me locked into a 2 year contract for something that is USELESS, and chooses to have store personnel walk around chanting that someone will be with them as soon as possible in lieu of working to get customers in and out of the store. One customer service person advised that I call the store instead of driving back there. I could NOT get him to understand that they do NOT answer the phone at the Highlands location… you get recording after recording…(doubt it? 502−479−2983 try it and see) you never get a live person. Today I had 2 friends trying repeated to call and get through as I was talking to Sprint/Corp office and finally with 2 repeated dialing got through after about 45 minutes…(think its and exaggeration? dial it and see) For the next 2 years I will see«Sucker» instead of Sprint on the Bill when it comes. But hopefully with filing detailed info in a complaint to the BBB and KY Attorney General’s office I can save someone else from their incompetency. Also why was the only other negative review marked as not recommended by Unilocal reviews… seemed to mirror some of my concerns… makes me question the validity of Unilocal Reviews… PS if any other sucker needs it the CEO’s email is

They always have too much staff on Saturday mornings! I kid you not we spoke to at least 4 staffers on our way to the kiosk! Lord, why were they all there doing nothing? Great location and parking is on the street. Right next to Heinz and I love that I can pay my bill and get some green tea.

The employees at this site have the most amazing customer service. I’m almost always there with kids in tow, so they always take care of my needs in the speediest of fashions. It helps that the store has tons of test iPads that the kiddos can use for entertainment. And I’m usually in the store trying to find an answer to an problem that my kids have made on my device. I never have a service appointment and I always have a critical need for their help. They have solved every problem that I’ve ever experienced and I’m so grateful for their expertise. My husband and I both have iPhones and I will always go to Sprint first for help with the devices before going to the Apple store. They’re just as knowledgeable and never as pretentious.

Sprints service is amazing. I have had them forever and have no plan of ever far as trying to use the sprint website though is a different story… it sucks! something is always wrong with or its down, i am constantly writing them asking when it will be fixed. i think that if they could get the website fixed the service would be perfect.
