I stopped in during a time when they were not busy for a quick dinner since they sold pizza by the slice. When I worked out at Goose Creek I expected the same quality of pizza that I was used to getting at that location… however the Dixie location is not the same quality. The slice of pepperoni pizza that I got reminded me of the pizza you used to get at school. This location also had a bar and the atmosphere was quite rough that night. I did not feel safe and after talking with friends and neighbors found out that this location is well known for fights in the parking lot after dark. I did not get the same vibe as Goose Creek or Bardstown Road and the quality was not the same. I will not be back and I can not recommend this location.

Went to this location the other night. My parents and I had to get up to refill our own drinks twice. Mine and my dads food came out as they had burnt my moms Stromboli. My dad loved his sausage sandwich, but my philly wasn’t seasoned. Plain steak and cheese, not much taste. My father and I were finished eating before my mom got her food. Much to our surprise, they made her food wrong. Forgot to put pepperoni in her Stromboli lol. Couldn’t be too angry though, it was our waitresses second day on the job and she was trying her best. The manager was very friendly and apologetic though. Gave us two free cannolis!

Really great pizza, and great atmosphere! The building itself is covered in murals, graffiti, and other art forms – really cool place! Although the service was a bit slow, the employees are really friendly and easy-going. Another plus is that they’re basically open all day.

PRO: Pizza was made hot CON: tasteless. I used to like this pizza by the slice in Goose Creek, now I understand why many folks may not stop by this pizzeria’s location after all!

I was visiting from out of town staying in a hotel. The hotel staff recommended Spinellis for pizza delivery. Ordered the stromboli and a salad. The girl on the phone seemed very confused about taking my credit card number, it was weird. Anyway, took FOREVER for the food the arrive. Over an hour. Driver apologized which was nice. However, the stromboli was just gross. Cold, tasteless. Crust seemed underdone. The salad was also nothing to write home about. Skip this place and try somewhere else.

I love this pizza. I’m from the East Coast and we talk about our pizza a great deal because it is better. Imagine Benedict Cumberbatch saying that as Kahn, but your pizza: I am better. It’s just better pizza. So you may have to wait and it may cost a king’s ransom but should a good meal be inexpensive? Think about you body, love your body, be picky about what you put in it. Think of Spinelli’s when you decide you want pizza. This is genuine article, quality, East Coast pizza at it’s best. I could think I was in Brooklyn(if there were more hipsters) or Connecticut(if people’s accents were a wee bit different). I love every bit of it. It’s a strange thing about quality pizza that you don’t have to eat a lot of it to be full. This is that pizza. This is the pizza where one slice that will fill you up and never let you down. I’m also super trilled as someone who works on wide, wide Dixie Highway that we have some place decent to eat. I want to kiss the feet of whomever made the decision to move on over here.

Took 45 mins to get a pizza and cheese bread ready for pick up. There were at least 3 employees there and one table in house

Best pizza in town hands down. They are open late and the place is just bad ass inside.

We called this location for a delivery today and they told us we were out of their delivery range, even though we’ve had at least two deliveries from this location in the recent past. Guy on the phone said it was left up to the driver whether to deliver to us or not and the driver chose not to. We always tip our drivers well so that’s his loss. The worst part is that we had a great experience with this Spinelli’s in the past and we went to the trouble of leaving great feedback for them on Facebook. Unfortunately we don’t feel that we will order from them again. Too bad. It’s great to see a local business operating in this part of town and not another chain. This type of customer service won’t cut it.

4 of us went for lunch on Tuesday. It was the first time I’d been to any of the Spinelli’s locations. I was so impressed. We each ordered the pizza by the slice. The pieces were the biggest pieces I’ve ever seen and the total bill was under $ 20. We all had to take ours to go because we couldn’t finish. The wait staff was also friendly. Two of our pieces apparently ripped when they got them out of the oven so they came and told us that they already had another slice in the oven because they didn’t want to serve us that. We said it was really okay because we were going to eat it regardless. They insisted on the new pieces so we agreed. The atmosphere was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. I will for sure be coming back to this location and will bring the kids. They’ll love it.

Third Spinelli’s location I’ve tried, and by far the largest of chain. Great thin crust and huge portion New York style pizza. I know they’re newly opened in this location so I’ll try them again. As with the other locations, the workers attitude and style is somewhat aloof and careless. They definitely don’t have to worry about drug screens or background checks in the pizza industry, but they know how to make killer pie. The pizza by the slice prices are getting to be somewhat high. Two slices and a mt dew cost me around $ 12.

Food may be good but the managers/owners are awful. Witnessed an employee getting physically attacked by another employee. Tried to tell the manager/owner, Willow, and she began screaming at me, putting her hand in my face, telling me she was 46 years old, and kicked me off the property. Called the Baxter store and left my name and number and was never contacted about the incident. Called the Baxter store the next day and was told to contact the Dixie store. Called the Dixie store and the manager/owner, Harry, invited me in for a face-to-face talk. Harry then proceeded to become belligerent and rude. I guess that is why he wanted to talk outside, so the cameras in the store wouldn’t catch how awful he was acting. Willow and Harry then told me how Amanda, the girl that was attacked, was fired for talking to a customer as she was being sent home and Angel, the attacker, was fired for the physical attack on Amanda. This is all information that is private and not to be shared with anyone. I never once asked for any kind of compensation or anything free. All I was hoping for was a peaceful resolution and a sincere apology and assurances that management would do better with their customers and employees. Instead, Harry and Willow were very, very rude and then informed me that they taped our conversation without my permission or even telling me that they were going to tape it. I am OK with it because I never once raised my voice, cursed, or acted unprofessional. I can not say the same for them. I was and am horrified by the managemment/owners and owners. There was a table that was also thrown out right after Willow kicked me off the property. One of the ladies from that table contacted me and told me they were kicked out because they asked Willow a question and wanted to give Amanda her tip. The lady said she thought it was possibly the show«What Would You Do?’ because she couldn’t believe she had also witnessed the assault and the manager/owner being so rude and confrontational. Harry and Willow were acting just like the owners from the restaurant Amy’s Baking Company from Kitchen Nightmares.
