Called for a bid on a big project for work. Never received a bid. When I called to see about it… Well, I’ve never had anyone be so rude. I have no idea how they stay in business.

I was completely unhappy and will not go back. The people who answer the phone are clueless — could not update status of an order as the person who did that was out to lunch, fumbled when asked any kind if question and not in any way attempting to be helpful. Experienced the same when I went in the store. Now for the actual work — Tyler served me. He is the main reason I will not return — had a blind broken. Went to have it fixed. Showed me a 55 dollar blind then when I asked a few questions he mentioned a 33 blind. Same color. He measured my old one and ordered it. It arrived and I went in. It was there buy not unwrapped from manufactured. Okay. I open it I be sure. Well, Tyler did not cut it to my length. When asked why he said a) it came while I was away(wrong) and b) I did not quote cutting it to length. So, two quick answers that were defensive. Whatever happened to «just a minute, I should have cut it. I’ll be right back». I could have gotten the same thing at Home Depot for half he price. I went here for the service. Instead I really feel cheated and did not get a blind that fit and did not get the service you would have expected from a high end store. Tyler, you lost me. I will not be back.
