Well, started off with the lady telling us that they were out of several items. Then when we pulled around 3 cars in front of us. I noticed every time the car hop came out she turned back around to get corrected items for the order. At one point a lady got out of car to walk up to the door to instruct them on her order. The next truck ordered an ice cream sundae of sorts, because when they brought it out they had to go make it again and bring it back. When I got to the window they brought out a drink, but I ordered 2 entrees. When we finally got our order, we had all the wrong drinks. However when we got home we realized they got us again. The breakfast burrito #14 is suppose to contain jalapeños and other veggies. However it didn’t not. Last time I was there the car hop came outside crying to hand us our food. I felt really bad for her. Something is not right at this sonic.

I’ve been to better Sonic’s than this Sonic. I really wanted a simple grilled cheese sandwich this evening. Their response: We don’t have any of the supplies to make a grilled cheese sandwich. So, I asked for a texas toaster burger, which has the same bread used for a grilled cheese sandwich and it has cheese on there. Hmmm??? Any thoughts??? My thoughts are that these people that work at Sonic are utterly stupid and just plain dumb. I love Sonic. But this Sonic needs new management or the management and employees need to go back to middle school. I will NEVER go to this particular Sonic again!!!

Standard Sonic, as far as service is concerned. I will admit though that the burgers they make are juicy and perfect. They do need to work on the people that take your order, as they seem to never be able to get what you ask for correct.
