Bad bussiness: Scorpio interiors in Louisville, Ky. I just got refunded money for a product I ordered in July, 2012. The owner Larry has dogged my calls that long. I finally got a hold of him today. Product was never obtained. My aunt and uncle in NY also had trouble with him. Horrible horrible person to due business with. I give them a 0⁄5 stars if I could

Sure, this is pricey. But I am glad we have this here in Louisville. We have very little in the ways of design and modernist furniture. This is a great place to track down odds and ends. I ended up finding out about the world’s most awesome carpet tiles on talking to the store interior designers. Although I don’t have the money(or desire) to do my entire house in their signature Pantone era style, I can appreciate this place for their design sense and aesthetic. Overall, cool addition to Louisville, and very unique offering. That’s what makes a city unique, having more options than just Lay-Z-Boy and Ashley Furniture. As for those with price complaints, look up Hive Modern or other websites. A good couch SHOULD cost 2,500 and up if you want something made to last. Unfortunately in our disposable society, we buy the $ 499 special and throw it out, unlike our grandparents who bought one and had it recovered. Signed, Interior Design Loving Louisvillian

Where pretentious meets ostentatious on Bardstown Road. Over-priced, uncomfortable furniture.
