I’ve been coming to Sabrina’s since she opened. They always do a great job on my pedicures.

This is what my nails look like after two days! I went back to the salon to talk to them, in the middle of the conversation the owner walks away! She refused to help. Terrible experience please don’t go here!!!

I get a pedi about every 3 weeks and have been doing so for years. I am slightly obsessed with having pretty feet, so I know a good pedicure. The pedicurist here were not friendly and the pedi was mediocre at best. It was clear who the regulars are because they were laughing and talking to them, but new customers, such as myself, were given the cold shoulder. They were not welcoming at all. It’s kinda dingy in there and I didn’t feel relaxed or happy, because of the drab surroundings and unwelcoming staff. My feet were not smooth and my heels were still a little rough. Lots of polishes to choose from is why this isn’t a 1 star.

Afrer 4 years I have decided to quit visiting Sabrina’s Nails. I have supported Sabrina since before she opened this shop but i feel like she has gotten a little big for her britches. The last time I was in there she yelled at me in front of other customers because i didnt have cash for a tip — but put the tip on my visa card. Although I understand that it is not convenient for her to pay her employees tips via credit cards, I feel like if you are going to own a business, this is a situation you have to be willing and able to deal with. The woman working on my nails, Hannah, seemed mortified that Sabrina would call me out like that. As soon as my nails were dried I took my belongings and left. It’s not been over and year and I tell everyone I know that Sabrina is rude and does not appreciate her loyal customers that stood by her for years.

I have never given a business 1 star … and I almost didn’t here, but I realized that I didn’t have anything good to say to even get it up to 2 star. I called to ask them about time and prices and the harshness of the woman’s voice should have given me a clue. She scolded me for calling so late, but told me she could still fit me in. I waited about 30 minutes(which I was okay with) but while I was waiting multiple people came in and were clearly regulars. They would yell at some of the technicians and be greeted with more scolding about why they didn’t call. Their polish assortment was lacking and seemed dusty and older. The chair I signed up for a pedicure and manicure and was seated in a cracked chair. The lady barely spoke to me and gave me the quickest pedicure I have ever had(and not in a good way). I could have done the same at home in my bathtub for less money. I was moved over to the manicure seat and had a few minutes waiting for her to come back… from wherever she went. I hadn’t noticed until then but the walls and carpet were extremely dirty. Once I noticed that I realized almost everything had a layer of dust and/or grime. The kicker was when I watched her«clean» the pedicure tub I had just left … and she barely wiped it with a towel(which she reused) and sprayed some water on it. She didn’t clean it, didn’t clean the tools, and put the towel back on the stand for the next person. My manicure was rushed and my nails were not even completely painted. I was so nervous about the tools when I also realized they were probably not cleaned. Right before she started, I noticed my towel was not completely cleaned but instead of getting a new one she flipped it over. I was just hoping to get out of there, take a shower, and not have a fungus crop up in the next few days. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

This is my go-to place to get my nails done. I get acrylic nails with regular fill-ins while my sister gets a gel mani and they always do a great job with both. I do recommend making an appointment because they are always super busy! If you don’t have an appointment be prepared to wait, sometimes an hour or longer. However, it’s worth it to me because the ladies here remember their regulars and know how I like my nails done. They are all very friendly and give good service. They prefer you to pay in cash for tips.

By far the best nail salon in this area. Full service, excellent work on nails and pedicures. Recommend an appointment for a Saturday otherwise mid days are accessible. Reasonably priced.

Horrible. This salon used to be my go-to. Just went, and my nails look horrible. Sabrina said she was in a hurry, so she rushed and butchered my nails. I will not be back. She glued my actual nails to my skin and they feel gross. Not to mention I was overcharged. She only painted my nails and toes, yet she charged me $ 35. $ 25 for a full set(which I did not receive) and $ 10 to paint my toes, which I was fine with. Bottom line, don’t go if it’s not at Sabrina’s convenience.

The pedicure was a dream — they provided excellent service. The manicure was also very well done. They normally don’t last very long on me but I thought that it really stood the test of time. And the pricing could not be beat, especially for the service. So if you’re looking for a budget-friendly mani-pedi, look no further.

Awful service, the lady rushed through my manicure, didn’t push my cuticles back so the paint looks very uneven. She then argued with me about the shape of my nails. Another lady was rude to my friend about filing down one of her nails that was too pointy. I will not return here.

Clean, professional, and reasonably priced; highly recommended :) From what I observed, they appear accommodating(not necessarily supportive, but at least accommodating) of members of the community with non-traditional lifestyles(i.e. LGBTQQIAA). which I guess is pretty good for Kentucky. Wait time: I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and only waited 5 minutes. Speed: The technician was quick and efficient but still took the time to check her work and go back over any areas that needed rework. Quality: Well above average! Although the atmosphere was a bit tense with at least 1 – 2 awkward stares pointed in my direction the entire time from either customers or technicians, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and that’s what ultimately matters.

Sabrina’s definitely takes good care of you, she’ll give you honest opinions about nails colors and tips. The place is clean and tidy. Tip: ask for Sabrina if you can, i love the way she does her french tips.
