Russ helped my husband and I finance our first home in Louisville. Despite finding a house relatively quickly and having a short deadline, Russ and his team made the whole process extremely easy and provided us with helpful advice each step of the way. From the first meeting, we felt comfortable with him as our mortgage lender and appreciated him showing us written reviews of very happy customers, including our realtor. Following the purchase, Russ kept in contact and continued to provide us with homeowners’ advice, documents explaining how to pay our first mortgage payment and what to include on our taxes, as well as a friendly birthday and holiday greeting. Enough cannot be said about Russ! Benchmark Mortgage is truly a stellar company.
