Renewal by Andersen

I could not be more pleased with the entire process of having replacement doors and windows installed in my home. As another reviewer stated, they aren’t the cheapest but YOU DO get what you pay for and Renewal by Andersen is worth every penny of difference in price. I had three companies come by to show their product and to do estimates. The windows made by Renewal by Andersen are far superior from the other two companies. The representatives that work for the company are also top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the selection of the doors and windows that would meet my individual needs. I made some minor changes to the original order and they were handled quickly and hassle free.
An experienced two man crew started at 9 am, installed 12 windows, a french patio door in the master bedroom, and a new back door. They were finished by 5:30 and left the home spotlessly clean. I look forward to years of enjoyment of the beauty and the energy savings this major home improvement project will provide.

The window and door quality seems fine. The price is a bit expensive but not too bad and I’m sure to some extent you get what you pay for. You can haggle a bit or they give discounts for some things from what I can tell.
I don’t have much experience with doors or windows but I did shop around a bit and they at least gave me a better price on the exact same door I got than a different store quoted me.
The only problem I have really is the sliding glass store I had installed doesn’t lock properly. I had someone come out and tinker with it and it works a bit better but still has to be messed around with a bit to lock. For spending so much money I’d like things to work a bit better. I also got an email for feedback and mentioned my problem but still haven’t received a reply.
