This place only caters to customers who have money. It’s obvious when you see the management take so much time with those people and ignore others. Every customer should be treated the same. No one knows where anything is or how to look up the money you have in your account except for the manager. When she is unavailable, it’s very inconvenient for the consignor. This place seems to be very disorganized. The manager and the owner have nasty attitudes and their noses are stuck too far up in the air! They disrespect their consignors and when you are in business you should treat customers with kindness and respect. Why are there so many nasty business owners and staff and how do they stay In business? The answer is because we talk about it and still keep supporting these people! As a store, a reputation can make or break you. NOTHING warrants a shop owner or manager to be nasty to customers! There are too many other places where people can shop and the disgruntled customer will tell other people, not to mention writing poor reviews! Many businesses have closed in this way. The one positive comment I have is the store is beautifully adorned with very nice furniture and accessories. It’s just that I won’t be spoken to disrespectfully and I DON’T have to take it, especially when I spend MY money!

I recently found this while wondering on Frankfort Avenue. All I can say is I LOVETHISPLACE! In every corner there is something that will catch your eye. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you as well. They specialize in quality consignment items. On top of that they have a large artificial foral department as well.

There is so many furniture to pick from and for what they’re asking it’s pretty cheap for the quality. They have a wide selection and always have good sales items.
