Very quick service. The nail technician really knew how to do shellac polish. The only drawback for me is that they will reuse buffers/files and only spray tools with alcohol. They used a new file when I asked and skipped the cuticle trimming/clipping tool without a problem.

I’ve been coming to Red Nails for over 10 years and the service and quality is always fantastic. The staff always greets everyone that walks through the door and is always friendly. The customer service and quality work keeps me coming back. Thank you Red Nails!

So disappointed. Came in at 10, they said 10 – 15 min wait bc they had no staff. Ended taking us at 11, my feet were in cold water for an hour before I got serviced.

I thought I would give this place a try so I called and asked if they could do designs… their response was yes. I paid $ 48 for service + $ 5 tip only because they make you pay before your nails are complete. My nails look like crap! Before she began I told her I wanted my nails done exactly like what I had when I walked in(a style I had done by a nail tech in ATL) …I just needed a refill. When she was finished I was left with globs of glue on my fingers, lumps of glue/top coat on my nails and rhinestones glued to my skin! When I asked her to please fix my nails she had an attitude and began to tell her teenage daughter to talk to me. Instead of trying to rectify the situation she just kept saying«No! Nothing I can do». Very rude and unprofessional. This nail shop does NOT care about customer service at all!

I’m astounded at the other reviews! I’m VERY picky about everything and my experiences over the past few years were great. Anne is my favorite with Danyell a close second. I get a Deluxe pedicure 4 – 6 times a year, and a Shellac French manicure about every 3 weeks. My manicure lasts! If I have a nail break, they can patch it or use an acrylic tip. This summer while on vacation, I had not one, but two«manicures from hell». The first did significant harm to you nails — actually bruised the nail bed. The ladies at Red Nails were able to repair my nails visually while the damage repairs itself naturally. Yes, the pedicure chairs are old, but they’re comfortable. The convenience and ease of getting a mani/pedi without an appt is great. These ladies know there stuff(and the small young man is not 13 — just a small Asian man!) and couldn’t be nicer. Yes, English is not great but good enough for communication. I get compliments on my nails all the time and I’m an old lady!

Yass!!! Love Joseph and Danyell. The entire staff is great but everyone gets their own favorite. Definitely should check it out

I would have given them 0 stars, but I can’t so 1 will have to suffice. My daughters and I went today, on MOTHERSDAY, and got the worst service we have ever gotten at a nail salon. They spent 5 mins each on my daughters and charge for everything that should be included. They missed half of almost every nail and charge the same amount for adults and children. I had a pedicure done and after painting one nail, the lady walked off and went to do someone else’s waxing job, with no intention of coming back anytime soon. I do not recommend going to this salon unless you like being over-charged and having horrible service.

A friend was in town randomly and we decided to meet on a sunday to get our nails done. As you know many nail salons are not open sunday so I found this one on google and we thought why not! Bad choice-worst mani/pedi I have ever had. My nails chipped that night-I was flying out for a work trip the next morning and couldn’t do anything about it. The pedi was lacking any sort of relaxation-the chair I was in didn’t even work. It sounded like a washing machine that you filled with too many clothes going through its cycle. Not fun! They knew this friend and I had come in together and talked throughout our pedi-when they took us for our mani’s they seperated us. Weird, right? I will not go back-worst experience ever. They lack any type of quality.

I agree with the previous review. I went to Red Nails a couple of months back. I won’t return. The guy who did my manicure was very strange. Not only did he not speak much English but had a running conversation with the employee at the next table the whole time he waited on me!!! Very rude. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible .Not a relaxing experience at all.

After three visits to Red Nails I finally decided that it was time to move on and find another nail salon. While Red Nails does a nice job of feeling like mid-level luxury, the consumer ultimately ends up paying a high price for a low quality product. Each time I went I had«Shellac» put on my nails, which was not in fact shellac but rather an off brand soak off gel that always cracked or chipped within a week and a half. There were very few colors to choose from and most were not workplace appropriate. The cost of this experience was $ 38. I’ll add too that when I went to have my chipping«shellac» taken off by another salon, the nail tech looked horrified as she explained that it was chipping because Red Nails had applied the color directly to the nail without first putting down the base coats that soak of gel requires. She was further shocked to realize that they had taken the electric file and sanded the tops of my natural nails to prepare for the shellac. So, while I initially gave Red Nails three stars, I’m now downgrading them to one and tacking on a warning of «try at your own risk».

I don’t consider things like manicures, pedicures, brow waxing, and general maintenance to be luxury events. I expect to show up get trimmed up and skedaddle outta there within minutes. It seems that nail salons and waxing studios are involved in a conspiracy to keep me from getting anything else done on the days that I need to get the talons clipped or the bush whacked. Not at Red Nails. These folks have figured out the art of the fast nail. I showed up at 17:40. I asked for a manicure and a brow wax. I left at 18:10. I also need to mention that I waited for about five minutes for a table to become available. Now, the quality of the wax was impeccable. Nice clean arch, not too thin, not too thick, strays banished. The manicure was clean and simple.(I never put color on my nails.) The polish(that clear stuff) was peeling off within a couple of days but that means nothing to me. I suppose that those of you who like the colorful stuff would find that particular issue to be a deal breaker. I simply don’t care about it. And Lily was nice. I didn’t feel like I was expected to hold up an hour long conversation about the weather. She was perfectly content to just do my nails while I wandered around in my own head for a while. Thanks, Lily!
