Food is of course very good but the customer service is awful. Had to wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes and I was the only car in line. Once I got my food they acted like I didn’t have to wait at all, didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything. If you do not have time to wait then I suggest you go somewhere else.

This was my first visit to Raising Cane’s. The cashier actually opened the door for us, which was a nice gesture. I ordered the box combo. The chicken was lightly breaded and very juicy. Their Texas toast has sesame seeds on it, which I’ve never heard of before. The toast was light and buttery with a very good golden brown color to it.
Their sweet tea is on point; that is to say it was sweet but wouldn’t give you diabetes. The cole slaw was OK but nothing to write home about. Their fries are the same size as regular fast food fries but in crinkle cut form. Their sauce reminded me of another chicken store’s sauce, with a little extra spice to it. Overall I had a really good experience and will return.

Raising Cane’s is so good. Love the all– white meat chicken strips. The toast is also seriously on point and let’s not forget about the dipping sauce. This is a new location and was super busy but the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot.

Got the box combo this time. Tea is good, slaw’s okay and the fries are crispy, so that’s all good!
The people at the counter were nice, the place is clean and the chicken tastes like chicken.
Not a huge fan of the Cane Sauce, tastes sort of like the Zax sauce at Zaxby’s. I’d rather have something some heat…

Normal and average. It’s fried chicken tenders. They taste like fried chicken tenders. I suppose it is better than what you’d get from the frozen food section at the grocery. But there really isn’t a great deal of difference.
The Cane sauce is OK. Nothing that is absolutely amazing.
The fries are pretty good. But good fries will not give you a good review.
The toast, the thing they brag about as being this amazing thing, is like normal texas toast. Just a buttery fat bread thing.
I’ll be back, I guess.
