During the snow, I ordered some wings. While I prefer bone in, they had a special on boneless.
I ordered an order of 8 Hot and 8 Parmesan garlic.
Sadly, 90% of the sauce was on the container and not the wings. It was very annoying and I’m not sure how they messed this up.
The only good part was our female delivery driver. She came out during the snow and played along with our special delivery instructions.

The Pizza Here is fairly good, and I cannot say I’ve had a bad experience involving the food of this restaurant. That being said, the other have being customer service/​general friendliness is extremely lacking in those respects. Drive threw window appears to take 15 minutes before they acknowledged you. The same goes for inside at the register/​counter, maybe 5 – 10 minutes before someone walks up to take your order. Rudeness seems to be common place when interacting with customers. The only reason I would keep coming bk would be for the pies/​location from home.

The pizza is good but the service is horrible. It seems as though every single time I order food for my family, the employees consistently mess up something.
Don’t even waste your time providing the delivery guy with specific delivery directions like, «Deliver to side door» — he/​she will only deliver where he/​she feels is ideal.
Also, if you pay with a card, don’t count on the delivery guy/​girl to always have the signing copy available. They’ll just hand you (what is supposed to be) your copy of the receipt & instruct you to find a place to write a tip and sign. Can you say shady?!
If you like incompetence, failure to execute a simple command and pizza… This is the perfect restaurant for you!
