Thanks for putting those everything bases in with the cinnamon crunch bagels! Who knew that dehydrated onions mixed with cinnamon sugar would create a new flavor. While unique the mix of flavors isn’t quite what we had in mind for our breakfast!

This location is okay — I order here a lot bother personally and professionally. I have several meals a month catered from this location and they are always spot on and I never have any complaints. However, their delivery service is spotty for online lunch orders. Their drivers often forget parts. Now, I will say that if I notice that they have forgotten my hot chocolate, the drivers will go back and get it without any complaint — and are really quick! I just wish that I didn’t have to send them all the way back to the store.

I’ve eaten at panera plenty of times, but I decided to give their delivery a try for the first time. I was not disappointed! The person who took my order was insanely friendly and helpful. My food arrived quick and on time with what they quoted and the driver was polite. My food was all accounted for, freshly made, and my bag included disposable flatware and napkins — convenient. The tortellini alfredo was deliciously creamy and cheesy. And my crumb cake left me wishing I had gotten the whole cake instead of just a slice! I’ll definitely order delivery again soon.

Panera is a favorite spot for me. It offers a variety of breakfast bagels and pastries, coffees, salads and sandwiches, making it perfect for any meal. They also provide great catering.
Go early for bagels when they are freshest and most available. My crave comes in the form of Cinnamon Crunch and cream cheese with a latte.
For lunch, the Fuji Apple salad is a must! Choose chips or bread as your side. Or, do a combo with a sandwich. During the right season, my other salad favorite includes strawberry, blueberry and pineapple. Panera understands how to blend flavors. You will also be tempted by their cookies.
Quick Note: Register a rewards card to earn points for free food. Order the day before for catering or visit early to take pastries to the office breakfast meeting.

This place has more shortages than a Soviet grocery store. I’ve yet to place an order here without something being out of stock. Not sure if it’s Panera in general or just this location, but I think I’m going to start looking for alternatives.

I frequent this panera and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The renovated building is nice and the drive thru makes it easy for those quick «run back to the office» lunches. I will have to agree with some of my fellow Unilocalers that they do struggle to get the food right, especially during any type of rush. I have been lucky to only witness the mess ups and not be a participant! I typically get the Quinoa bowls that have been added to their menu and I am also a huge fan of their potato soup. I rarely review chains as I argue they are all the same, but this location seems to do the job just fine.

Panera is one of my favorite places! This year I am really into eating soup, Panera’s is so yummy. I love their frosted shortbread cookies too, regular sugar cookies just can’t compare!
Love their new lunch delivery service, especially when the executives are in town. If you have not tried it yet, you should.
The new location on Hurstbourne has a drive thru which is so handy in the evenings.

I really like Panera, in fact it’s one of my favorite places to call for catering at work. I frequent three locations and it amazes me how often all three get the orders wrong.
I’d give them a 4 for the food and even when they goof it up the mistakes are always tasty. But check your orders because 9 times out of 10 something will be wrong.

Hello all,
Since my last review, I have tried a couple of breakfast items. As I am partial to my normal soufflés, my kids allowing me to sample their choices prompt me to order those items for myself.
Item 1: The Steak & Egg on Everything Bagel is just wonderful. While most people do not like the taste of the everything seasoning, I just love it. It’s a taste I can not fully describe, but is a great combination of seasonings. If you’re one that does not like the everything bagel, the ciabatta bread is just as good, the way my daughter gets it.
Item 2: The Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Grilled Ciabatta, my sons favorite, is a wonderful choice also. The white cheddar cheese gives the breakfast sandwich a distinct flavor.
While I have tried these 2 items, I still get my normal Pecan Braid and Hazelnut Coffee.
Service is wonderful and very friendly. When I retire, this may be my permanent morning hangout!

Slooooooow! Holy crap, how long does a bowl of soup and a half sandwich take? It took 25 minutes from the time I ordered to the time the pager buzzed. I could have eaten at a full service restaurant in that time.

It’s a Panera. so I have to visit. Its one of the few franchises that I actually love to support.
This one though, is good for a quick lunch, but not a good place to hold meetings, meet with friends, or study. It gets WAY too busy and crowded.
And since it’s a small place, whenever anyone opens the door the cold breeze gets the entire store.
