Where’s the beef in my ‘Beef Broccoli?’
Not only did the forget my hot-​n-​sour soup they forgot any sauce! Ended up with a bowl of dry rice!

Historically a fan of Panda, I’ve waited a month to post my concerns about this location awaiting a call from an Area Manager that never came. So here goes:
It’s filthy
See the pictures I’ve posted. When I experience this kind of sloppiness my mind can only imagine the level of hygiene in the kitchen. Add to that the women’s restroom (no photos), which my wife simply walked in and out of in seconds. «Too gross» she said as we left.
Beyond that, several sodas were out along with the tea. When the staff was told about it they shrugged and finally got around to addressing the tea. 10 minutes later and no update, I asked again about the tea. «Oh yeah, we’re out.»
This restaurant wasn’t busy and it was adequately staffed.
What a shame — likely spent a million to build and furnish this beautiful new location, but filth and inattentive staff will keep folks away. I heard many of these same complaints from my work colleagues. Very disappointing.

Panda Express’s biggest problem, for me, is consistency: One time my fried rice will be delicious; the next time it will be mediocre at best. If they could get it right 100% of the time I’d eat here all the time.

So I know they’re fairly new so I wanted to wait and give them some time to work out an kinks in their opening before trying them out. I have eaten at other Pandas before and was presently surprised by this location.
I went through the drive through during lunch. They were quick and friendly, which is just what I would expect from a place needed «express».
The food was still nice and warm when I got to work to eat it. They also gave generous portions. I appreciated that the drained the veggies before adding them to the box because otherwise it would make it all a watery mess (I know from previous experience).
Overall I was very satisfied with this location!

When I got to the counter and gave my order (a order that has went well and several panda express in Louisville and Georgia) the blonde (Crystal) behind the counter just said «No!» Did not even try to say ok but we will have to charge you extra. Then ran straight to the register, and seemed perturbed that I wanted egg rolls and had to go back for them. Finally after dealing with that when I sat down the food was cold. Not even warm. Maybe a Luke warm but seriously no where near the temp it should have been. Yeah won’t go back to this one.
