Old Navy

I would do zero stars if I could. The experience was so bad it makes me never want to shop at any Old Navy. Manager completely unwilling to help, one register open, slow service and a cashier that was mumbling and apparently not well trained. Frustrated would be an understatement.

This is my hometown Old Navy. It may not be as large as the Old Navy in the East end, but the clearance section is HUGE.
The staff is not as fast as the East End staff, but those low prices are worth the wait.

For the most part, this location is pretty much the same as other Old Navy locations.
It seems like this location might be smaller than some of the others, but there is just as much merchandise. The clothing racks are just closer together.
This Jefferson Mall location is only accessible from the outside – there is no entrance from inside the mall. While I like the outside entrance, I sometimes hate having to leave the mall to enter Old Navy (especially in rainy or cold weather). I don’t know why there is not an entrance from within the mall… probably means giving up vital floor space for merchandise. I suppose that’s reasonable.
Employees have always been friendly (even a little beyond friendly) at this location. This location is always one of my regular stops.
