I have a bad habit of over-dressing. If I could change outfits eight times a day, I would. I also frequently buy things that are dry clean only. This dry cleaner is near where I grocery shop, incredibly efficient and friendly, and reasonably priced. They also have bottles of water — they don’t need it, they’re DRY cleaners.

The prices are a bit higher than other local options, but the staff is very friendly and the dry cleaning typically is without issues such as broken buttons, etc., which are typically fixed without needing to ask. I do wish that your mobile application would load any relevant coupons and then would be able to bar scan in, like with Starbuck’s, to provide discounts. I never remember to use the coupons I do receive.

Why I love this dry cleaners: Stephanie is simply the nicest person, she cares about me as a person and a customer. I love the speediness, the computerized system, the prices, the quality of the work done and the monthly specials. The coffee, warm cookies while you wait, and the complimentary bottled water are all a sign that this place really cares about my business. Best cleaner I’ve ever used.

I was a little Leary using a service that operates by cleaning your items in an offsite location out of state. I should have followed my intuition because this place sucks. They are very kind in dealing with customers, but that doesn’t get the job done right. They failed to fix a button on my jacket after it was requested the first time. They told me to bring it back in after my biz trip and it would be taken care of. After giving them a second chance, I returned to pick up my jacket 2 days later and the lady behind the counter informed me that it won’t be ready for another 7DAYS! She also had no way of requesting its return because the alterations department wasn’t working past 5 on a Friday. Very inconvenient, unreliable, and don’t communicate at all!
