I’m sorry but as a long time Nike customer I have to share this frustration. I’ve always loved Nike for honoring their discount for Military service members and dependents however I went with my friend today and they refused to accept her ID because it was expired. While I understand that this is their policy on military IDs– her husband is at drill as I write this and they wouldn’t even speak to him to validate her dependent status because they said the discount only applied to the card holder. The store employee and her manager were rude and dismissive to cap it all off. Like I said I know this is policy but in light of all the sacrifices military families and service members make they could show just a shred of compassion and understanding and make an exception– Shame on you Nike!

I arrived at this location on a Sunday, right at 12 pm when they open. A line was already formed outside so obviously something good was going on inside! I ended up getting a new shiny pair of Nikes and a workout t-shirt for $ 30 with the combination of the store promotions and a 30% off family and friends coupon. Needless to say, I was a very happy camper! Good selection of products and sizes and friendly service too. This Nike Store is a-okay in my book!

My son is a huge Nike fan so when passing through Louisville during a recent road trip, we just had to check this place out. I must say I was very impressed. The staff was helpful(at least three employees offered us assistance) and it was organized really well. I thought they had a great selection, with exception to kids sandals. We only spotted one pair(which we bought), and with it being warm weather season, I thought they might have more. Overall it was a great experience and we’d def. return.

2.5 years later and I’m still a fan, even more so after how helpful they were on my most recent visit. I’ve had good luck with Nikes for running over the past few years, and have kept buying mine at this particular outlet. Unfortunately, my latest pair caused me major foot pain, so much that I was afraid I might be developing a stress fracture — yikes! I took the pair back to the store within 30 days(per their return policy) but(cue the opening bars of Beethoven’s 5th), I hadn’t been able to find my receipt. The manager on duty, Ryan, did an awesome job of troubleshooting by looking up my receipt when I showed him the transaction on my credit card’s iPhone app. He didn’t have to go that extra mile, but it made all the difference. Sure, it’s a chain store, but the fact that he took that extra step ensured that my next pair of running shoes will again be another(more comfortable) pair of Nikes!

Needed to get a pair of everyday sneakers after my old ones(also Nike) finally gave out. Literally they fell apart while I was walking. :(. Saw this store as I was shopping in the plaza and decided to stop in. First thing you notice is the vibrant colors and music playing. It’s a good layout and it was clean and organized. I was able to find multiple sneakers in different colors and styles. There is also a huge clearance section, which surprised me since the prices are already so low. While I found what I was looking for, I did find it odd that I was never greeted. I don’t know if that’s the factory store setting or what. One employee passed by me twice, fixed some displays, and then continued walking without uttering a word. :Shrugs: Anyhow, I got what I wanted and I am overall pleased with the experience. And really, for the price, I don’t mind you maintaining your silence.

Pretty standard Nike Outlet Factory store… Newly opened near Trader Joes, World Market and Quest. Prices are lower generally than the department stores, but look up for store-wide clearances.
