A VERYBADCOMPANY. I had a time and money devouring experience with netzero. Especially time. Hours on the phone with tech. support because we could not connect to internet with device provided — for $ 71. Hours and hours wasted. Devices(modems) from other providers(clearwire and comcast) connected our computers so why not this one? Netzero sent another device. That one didn’t work either. More hours wasted on more tech. support. I finally asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and they refused. They finally agreed to a refund when the Capital One company(issuer of Visa credit card used for payment) called on my behalf. But, instead of a refund I discovered later that they had charged me $ 150 for their modem, claiming I didn’t return it. I had to give them the UPS tracking number to prove I had. Then they agreed to refund the $ 150 but I had to have Capital One help me again. If I hadn’t kept the receipt I would have been out of luck and $ 150. Another hour — GONE. This is the worst company I have had the misfortune to do business with in years. We’ll see if they send the refund for the service we weren’t able to use because we couldn’t connect to the internet using their device(modem). Stand by for an update.
