Nanz & Kraft Florists

I ordered some flowers from this florist for a friends birthday and they did not turn out like the photo online. I called the store and spoke with a very sweet woman who sincerely apologized and offered to send a replacement bouquet the very next day (only because delivery at the time of the call was over). She insisted that she make it exactly to my liking and that they have a strict 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. I wasn’t expecting such wonderful customer service. I honestly told her it wasn’t necessary to send out a whole new arrangement but she insisted!!! In a day when customer service has gone by the way side… rest assured that this company has perfected it!!! Very pleased and would highly recommend using them!!! Gina

They did the flowers for my daughters wedding and delivered beautiful flowers and exceptional service. As far as I’m concerned this is the only florist in Louisville I will ever do business with.

Three years ago my mom passed and over the years I had sent her some beautiful artificial flowers from Nanz and Kraft Florist. I looked around her home and all I saw were artificial flowers, many very dusty, some looked wilty and very old, however if you looked hard enough you could find the beauty in the flowers. I gathered all the artificial flowers, took them from there containers and drove to Nanz and Kraft to see if they could make a casket spray of my moms old flowers to be put on her casket. It was a weird request and EVERYONE at NANZ And KRAFT was so gracious to take my moms flowers and make a beautiful casket spray. The arrangers understood the importance of using her flowers and though white is the choice at a funeral my Moms spray of spring colors was just gorgeous. The arrangers put their hearts in that spray and they were as emotional as I was. What a service they provide and they certainly care. Thank you for all that you do.

This place is fantastic. Unfortunately, I have had many occasions to send sympathy flowers in KY. I live in CA and am VERY specific in my flower requirements and its always been a bit of a roll of the dice. I just had the absolute best experience with Nanz & Kraft online ordering. The description was excellent and accurate, the process was easy, delivery was correct and timely. The price is not cheap but I feel like I got real value due to the quality of the whole transaction. IUse this place.

They provided the flowers for our wedding and everything was beautiful expect just one thing… somehow the flowers we had for the isle were white, pink, and red rose petals when we really just wanted pink peony petals. Not sure if this is what they provided or if this was a mistake made by the caterer who scattered the petals (maybe they found the wrong ones).

Clearly, Momma C. is getting the bum end of this deal but I can’t compete with all that! Nanz and Kraft is where my siblings and I have been going for years to say, «Happy Birthday,» «Happy Mother’s Day,» and «You Deserve Some Flowers Today Just Because Day.»
Nanz and Kraft has been around since 1850 so clearly they know what they’re doing. Besides I love supporting local businesses. This location has a nice selection of loose flowers so I’ve purchased various flowers by the stem like stargazer lilies, irises, and roses to create my own mix-​n-​match bouquets. The friendly staff will doll your flowers up with greenery and a ribbon from their huge selection. You can get a nice and reasonably priced bouquet for just $ 15-​$ 20.
If you can’t make it to the store, they take orders over the phone for delivery and now have online ordering as well. Recently I was happy to see that they’ve added baked goods and fruit baskets to their inventory by partnering with other Louisville businesses.
Hands down my favorite florist in Louisville!
