No-​call no-​showed me. No follow up calls to confirm the appointment or anything, my wife wasted her entire morning waiting on the repair guy. Look elsewhere.

Made an appointment online. No call/​no show and the phone number listed just rolls over into someone’s voicemail.

The first time we called Mr. Appliance for help with a dryer issue, we had a pretty good experience so we decided to call them back when our refrigerator’s water through the door started dripping. They came out, told us we needed a part, and said they’d be back in touch in a week. I started chasing them several days after that wondering what was up, calling for days, couldn’t get hold of them, gave up and called someone else who fixed it the same day (magically with a part they had). The bad thing is the place has no central admin or contact and you end up being passed around through what seems like various repair guy’s cell phones. When I would try and call to get a status on our problem it would just roll to a person’s cell phone who had a full mailbox.

We had Mr. Appliance come to fix our dishwasher. They were here 5 or 6 times over the course of 2 months and never could fix it. It seemed they weren’t very familiar with our unit (Asko) but didn’t indicate that until much later on in the process. If you can’t repair a certain manufacturers product, tell us upfront and don’t waist our time and money. Throughout the process, the techs did a sub par job when they put the unit back in, it was crooked, trim from the cabinets was removed and fell off and was pushed back behind the unit, etc. Very frustrating.
We ended up getting another company to come out. They diagnosed it, ordered the part. Came back and installed it, working great.
Mr. Alliance was full of excuses for why they could repair it, etc. what a headache.
