Worst management company in Louisville, apparently they have two offices or none I don’t know. I was told the office was on Frankfort ave. but everywhere online including their own website says it is on westport road. They are never at their offices and never answer the phone, the only way to get a response is to txt the owner directly on his cell phone. It takes forever for maintenance to come out and when they do they half way fix something. The WORST managment company I have ever come across. DO NOT RENT from them

Seriously… if you are trying to market real estate, use decent photos!!!
Who puts a photo of a toilet with the seat up to «showcase» a $ 700,000 house???
