I have had the misfortune of dealing with this «company» for the past 4 months. I had a water leak in February of 2015 and it is now June 2015, the repairs have finally been completed. The project manager assigned to the job was completely incompetent and a liar! During the removal of flooring and other construction materials personal items were damaged along with materials that were to be reused. As an example a lamp that I had had for some number of years was broken and the baseboards that were removed are never going to be the same.
If your homeowner’s insurance company suggests you use Metro Restoration to complete the repairs, you should really think twice! I wish I would have hired my own contractors!
