I’ve had a pleasant experience in the past so I was very disappointed this week by the poor service experience. The order was not correct and when I went in to correct the order, I was rudely met with profanity and outrageous behavior coming from the back of the kitchen. Being a family establishment, this is extremely disappointing. We will not be returning.

Got home late from a business trip and just wanted to grab a quick sandwich. It was 11:30pm on a Thursday night and as I pulled up I saw people(presumably workers based on their uniforms) in the building so I assumed they were open, all lights the were on, the drive thru boards lit up and everything. I waited at the drive thru board for 2 – 3 minutes and got no response so I drove across the street to Wendy’s, who promptly took my order and had a line 4 cars deep. If you’re closed shut off the lights, if you’re open take orders. Either way they lost my business for the night.

I ordered a medium coffee and a small Oreo frappé. The woman who I ordered from was very short with me, giving me a nasty attitude. After my drinks were prepared, she practically smashed/threw both on to the counter, causing the HOT coffee to splash all over my shirt as well as burn my hand, and the frappé opened and spilled. She also gave me the wrong size. Thankfully, a nicer man(presumably a manager due to what he was wearing) gave me the right size and avoided throwing the drink on the counter — he is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. The woman didn’t even say sorry and she saw it knock over and splash on to me.
