Mattress & More

My first time purchasing a Tempur-​pedic mattress and I DEFINITELY picked the right place to shop! Mattress & More’s Labor Day sale was on when I entered this store (by Outback Steakhouse on Shelbyville Road) and was promptly greeted by store manager Kevin Arnold (I had spoken with him on the phone already). Knowledgeable, funny and friendly, Kevin (along with a Tempur-​pedic rep, Nick, who just serendipitously happened to be in the store when I arrived) made sure to find out what I THOUGHT I was looking for (a Tempur-​Cloud mattress) and when I realized that was not what I wanted, had me try out a number of different mattresses until I found THE one that was just right. Then he and Nick explained all of the additional features I could choose from but didn’t try to hard sell me on any of them!
I asked about the Labor Day sale and said I would like to have one of the free TVs they were giving away — not a problem, said Kevin. I also explained that I needed the mattress and television delivered on a certain day as I was moving soon. Again, not a problem. And come moving day, my mattress and TV were delivered at the promised time!
I highly recommend this particular store because of the amazing personal service I received from Kevin and the sheer selection of mattresses this deceptively small store had. Buy local, buy from Mattress & More!
