If you are able to get an appointment with Allison… DO IT! She is the best therapist I have ever experienced. Medium to Hard pressure and just amazing. Front Desk Staff is always kind and they are good about reminding you when you have a lot of credits. I would have never given Massage Envy a chance but I was gifted a years membership and have kept it up ever since. MUCH better consistent service and massage than St. Matthews or Middletown.
