Louisville Slugger Company

Museum was great but I placed an order in for $ 100 for a custom bat. I found out a month later that my recipient had not received their gift. I had to call to find out my order was never placed because there were 2 extra letters in the message. To correct the error they made the bat immediately and over nights it to its destination.
Problem — no one notified me to say there was an issue, no one caught the issue to begin with, the manager would not take my calls or call me back. Can’t say I will do business here again and I understand they don’t «need» my business but that does not excuse such unprofessional behavior and no way to make a complaint. Thank God you have good employees who can rectify an issue otherwise this would have been a lawsuit.

Very historic company when it comes to the baseball. All the greats used Louisville Slugger bats. The corporate office, museum, and factory are in one building with plenty to explore.
