Contracted by my home warranty company. It was clear we were not a top priority it tools weeks of begging them to come and they just kept say tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. So frustrating! I only needed freon, he was gone in a flash.

Very poor customer service. Poor communication and no follow-up since Buddy left this company. Management does not seem to care about their customers. You are better off finding a different company for your HVAC needs.

Do not use this company for anything. They were contacted through my home warranty to conduct a repair. It took them three weeks to finally show up at my home. It is a rental property and I was not personally there when they AC was serviced. In writing, I was told that they replaced the freon and the AC was working; cold air was blowing. They also recommended replacing other parts. I asked them to submit those needed replacements to the home warranty for coverage authorization. The next day, they called to inform me they were on their way to do the additional repairs. I asked if my home warranty had approved it. They had never called it in. I told them NOT to do any additional work until it was approved. My home warranty had to call THEM to see what was going on. None of the items they submitted were covered. Their estimate included $ 400 in freon… which they told me they had already replaced. I called them back to ask about these service items and if they were really necessary. In that conversation, they claimed that the AC was not working at all. When I read back what I was sent earlier in the week about the AC being in operating order, they denied sending that to me. My realtor then went to my home and found the AC in worse shape than it had been before we made the request for repair. Long story short, this company took advantage of the fact that we were not physically there to monitor what was being done at the property. We have no idea if they damaged our AC to try to get additional work done, or if they never did any initial work at all.
