I almost don’t want to tell you how much I love this place… because I’m afraid you’re going to turn up and snag their super reasonably priced, s’wonderful stock before I can afford to buy it all myself! I drove by for the first time on a recent Monday and sadly they were closed, but I went back today and found much to love. Everything is meticulously described and priced on little white tags and several decades are represented in a wide variety of selections from furniture to kitsch. I had a few questions and the lovely woman working in the back was delighted to stop what she was doing to answer them. I flirted with a near mint walnut dining suite, an antique tool shop chest on wheels, several printer’s racks, and a bookcase before settling on a distressed hardwood nightstand and an antique wooden frame. And, hello, I spent less than fifty bucks! I plan to come back here often. I’ve been to the resale shops on Frankfort and come away less than impressed. I like place next door, The Deal, but it ain’t got deals like Susan’s!

Went back to Lazy Susans this weekend. It was great they had some new/old stuff. Bought some interesting pictures and small furniture pieces. I am sure I will go back soon to see what’s new there.
