We were told by the employee to purchase a particular card for pre paid wireless, which was the wrong card. When we returned to get the correct card, we were denied. Customers should not be held responsible for the wrong information given to them by their employees. Manager did not handle the situation. He told us that we are stuck with the card and we are just stuck with something we can’t use. His name is breon bernside. We are currently sending this to the BBB.

Over the last few years this Kroger has grown and become one of my favorites in Louisville. I have a very crazy diet and eat lots of organic naturals foods and this Kroger is starting to replace all my Whole Foods needs. It is very clean, organized and friendly.
