My visit was very disappointing and the dentists were very unprofessional when they told me that my child’s tooth #21 grew out of proportion in the past 3 years, it has to be removed, and we just visited them this past March and they said everything was fine. However, in those past 3 years they never said anything. I did get notifications from my insurance to verify if I authorized the «extra dental work» on my child that actually never took place. If that wasn’t enough, after the appointment, a referral was given to remove my child’s tooth. I had my questions and the dentist had no knowledge over the given referral and report on my child, but I was told to ask any further questions to the referred dentists on the referral. Overall, KOOL SMILES only cares about what they can charge to your insurance. Thus, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The only reason they get one star is due to the fact that the dentist and hygienist ’ s were nice and friendly with my daughter. However the last time we were in the clinic was November 2013. I then received a bill and it had shown that no payments were made by our insurance company. I called our insurance company and was told a bill had never even been submitted to them. I had to call the customer service number multiple times with no answer. Finally days later I just called the clinic and was again referred to the customer service number. I explained that I had an outstanding balance because the claim was not submitted to our insurance company. So finally our insurance information was updated for billing. Our insurance company paid 100% and I just got a call from an «unavailable» number TODAY 8/20/2014…9 months later to ask for our updated address so they can send us the bill from ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₃. I AGAIN had to explain the bill had been paid. The woman on the other end tried to argue with me and I asked her to look into it. Yep, bill had been paid. I think they really need to get their customer service and front desk staff some training. We will not be back and found a new fantastic dentist.

Love kool smiles the staff is wonderful with my daughter and friendly. They have great prices. Will be back for sure
