Kentucky Eye Care

I went here for my first eye exam since moving to Louisville because it was one of only two places my insurance covered, but I definitely recommend it. It was easy to book an appointment and I got in within two weeks. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I was there for almost two hours, which was longer than I expected, but I put it down to how thorough these people are (I was dilated and had the full battery of tests). I didn’t have much to discuss with Dr. Justice because I was there to update my prescription and not for medical reasons, but as with the rest of the staff he was pleasant and thorough. I really appreciated my time with Doris who presented my options for glasses and contacts. She asked relevant questions, was informed about what my insurance would cover, gave me a trial pair of disposable contacts to try, and scheduled a follow up visit in a couple of weeks (the cost of which was included in their modest contact lens fitting fee).
