Bought some Levian earrings for my wife in the past and tried to buy a Levian ring to match. The store personnel were incredibly difficult to work with (wouldn’t honor a promotion I’d been sent via email plus other issues) and I vowed never to go back. With all the competition for jewelry business you’d think they’d be more customer friendly.

I’m a longtime customer of Jared, and have spent literally tens of thousands at locations throughout the country, the level of service and selection is not even close to the standard I’ve come to expect at other Jared locations in other cities. I normally get treated like a king once I walk through the door, and there’s a massive selection. I’m a fan of quality timepieces, and unfortunately, their selection is pretty slim. All of my purchases have the extended service plans, and any repairs needed are covered if you get the jewelry inspected every 6 months. Last time I came in to have it all inspected, they just left the jewelry out on the counter, unattended, essentially free for the taking if someone was crazy enough to try it.
From my time in Louisville, this is the diamond store Mecca of this part of the country — or so it seems to me. I would recommend going elsewhere, Shane Co., Genesis Diamonds, Davis etc.
