Jade Garden

My wife and I are from Rhode Island so we have had dim sum in Providence RI, Boston MA and NYC. Jade Garden was ehhh okay. Dim Sum has something translation to small plates or something like that but even by those standards most items were pretty small. It was hard to believe our lunch cost $ 34. The stick rice in the leave was so bland, stuffed eggplant undercooked and again bland and a special water chestnut dumpling was not so special. The topper was the Chinese Broccoli. Trust me, it was one of the better items and I was probably ²⁄₃ of the way through the dish but then I found myself biting into an industrial sized staple! It probably came out of the box or whatever held the broccoli. Yet when it was brought to their attention, they not only took away the staple, but also the broccoli but left the $ 8 item on my bill. No apology, no replacement, no nothing.
My wife and I will be in Louisville and around Springhurst for about 5 months. I’m not sure we’ll be back to Jade Garden.
